Senior researcher specializing in AI for pharmaco proteomics, affective computing, and neurodegenerative datasets. Her work focuses on biomarker discovery through advanced machine learning and interpretable AI for therapeutic prediction, integrating proteomic, drug response, and emotional data. Her recent research extends to applying ML, robotics, and XAI to the circular economy of second life EV batteries, developing methods for classification and safety assessment. She also pursues research in nursing and medical robotics using ML techniques. A member of IEEE CIS, INNS, SOCO IDEAI (UPC), and IABiomed, she has previously contributed to European projects on GPCRs for drug discovery funded by MINECO, ERA NET NEURON, and La Marató de TV3. She is the CEO and founder of the Catalan startup Intelligent Battery Analytics.
